  Powerball Gyroscope with Meter #4724

The Power Ball is a revolutionary strengthening device that has been developed specifically to exercise the fingers, hand, wrist, and shoulder.

The product features a large, perfectly balanced ball that is housed within a durable plastic sphere. On top, is a digital display that tracks the speed of the ball, the highest number of revolutions, and your "strength index". Start the ball moving with a quick zip of the pull string. Once moving, the objective is to increase the speed of ball rotation by moving your hand in circles. Rotate the hand in large (5-6") circles to start, then decrease the size of the circles. As you make the circles smaller, the speed of the ball, and the resistance, increases. This device can reach a maximum of 15,000 RPMs and 40 lbs of force. You will feel the effects of this exercise in just a few minutes a day.

Features:

  • Great for Strengthening Hand & Wrist Muscles
  • Awesome and Fun Exercise for Disc Sports Players
  • Offers Gentle Rehabilitations for Carpal Tunnel / RSI & Arthritis
  • Includes Power Ball / Zip String & Battery for LCD
  • Also Good Exercise for Baseball & Tennis
  • Some Assembly Required (Meter must be snapped onto Top of Powerball)

What is this sport anyway? Disc golf (also referred to as "frisbee golf") is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or FrisbeeŽ. The sport was formalized in the 1970s, and shares with "ball golf" the object of completing each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in the case of disc golf, fewest number of throws). Currently, there are more than 1,750 disc golf courses worldwide, with over 1,400 in the USA.
